At all levels of the federal government, people and offices come together across differing perspectives to accomplish complex goals. Within the US Department of Labor, this happens daily though the individuals, teams, and processes at the heart of the work often remain invisible. In this session, three USDOL program leaders share their experiences with systems convening with the aim of revealing the intricate processes involved.
