This toolkit is designed to support the sustainability of the programs and innovations developed by grantees through the Department of Labor's Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training Program.
This toolkit has been developed for project managers, directors, and others responsible for implementing and overseeing TAACCCT grants. It is structured to help you and your planning team consider each of the innovations that have contributed to the success of your project. This resource will walk you through steps and help you develop a plan to ensure that those innovations become a permanent part of how your college/consortium helps students build successful careers.
