Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA)

• Round Two and Three: FOA-ETA-22-02
  • Amendment One for FOA-ETA-22-02: The amendment published on March 29, 2022 modifies language from Section IV.B.1.a, Section IV.B.3.g
  • Amendment Two for FOA-ETA-22-02: The amendment published on June 1, 2022 modifies language for the purpose of additional funding for SCC3, all references in FOA-ETA-22-02 to SCC2 will refer to the third round of grants, SCC3.

SMART 4.0 Webinar Training Series

The SMART 4.0 training sessions provide active Federal Award recipients of ETA grant funds with helpful strategies in navigating the administration and financial management of their grants.

SCC2 and CC3 Grantee Abstracts 

DOL awarded 13 Round Two SCC grants and 15 Round Three grants to colleges and consortia of colleges across the country. You will find here a list of all SCC2 and SCC3 awardees and the grant abstracts that they submitted as part of their application package.

This webinar provided an overview of grants management, performance management, and communication activities for SCC2 grantees.

Third-Party Evaluations      

• Evaluation Rubric for SCC2 and SCC3: This rubric provides guidance on the development of grantees’ evaluation design plans and evaluation reports.  DOL will use this rubric to assess grantees’ evaluation deliverables and provide feedback based on consistency with the rubric. 
• SCC Evaluation Hub: This website provide TA resources related to evaluations for all SCC grantees and their third-party evaluators.

New Project Director Tip Sheet
This New Project Director Tip Sheet consolidates valuable resources about SCC grants in one place and is designed to help new project directors accelerate the transition into their new role.

SCC2/3 Success Indicators and Self-Assessment Wheel
These indicators identify key areas that SCC4 grantees can focus on to support success. They are aligned with the SCC2/3 Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) and were developed by the U.S. Department of Labor.
