This is the third and final Webinar in our Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants, Round Two Performance Reporting orientation series. Grantees will learn about the policy and technical details of reporting participant data accurately in WIPS to generate the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and the aggregation rules used to inform the QPR. Grantees will also have an opportunity to ask performance policy and technical questions during the webinar.

Webinar 3.0 will:
- Provide guidance on how to report training and employment outcomes using PIRL data elements.
- Review the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and aggregation rules.
- Review the performance reporting guidance for the quarter ending June 30, 2023.
