Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA)
- Round Four FOA: ETA-23-15: This is the announcement for Round Four of the Strengthening Community College Training Grants.
- Amendment One for ETA-23-15: The amendment published on October 16, 2023 modifies language from section III.A.2, section III.A.3, and Section IV.B.3.a.i.
- Round Five FOA: ETA-24-23: This is the announcement for Round Five of the Strengthening Community College Training Grants.
- Amendment One for ETA-24-23: The amendment published on August 28, 2024 modifies language from section II.B, and section V.B.1.
ETA’s goal in assembling the Grantee Handbook is to ensure that grantees have information and resources to successfully navigate their grant award.
The CMG provides a consistent framework that allows the Reviewer to assess the compliance of the grant recipient in meeting the requirements outlined in its grant agreement, Federal regulations, and the Uniform Guidance.
