About

The purpose of a case clinic or design jam is to engage the collective experience of the group in the case (challenge) or design idea. The presenter benefits from the brainpower and experience of the whole community, but everyone learns from the clarification process, the sharing of stories, and the discussion of advice.

These handouts have been adapted from Communities of practice within and across organizations: A guidebook by Wenger-Trayner, E. et al, 2023 and the Center for Community Learning at Western Washington University. This book is available for free as a PDF download from www.wenger-trayner.com.
