Please join us for the first of three Performance Reporting Orientation webinars customized for Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants, Round Four (SCC4). This webinar will introduce reporting requirements for your SCC4 grant. We will dig into the details of using the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) and begin to discuss data elements for tracking participants and review performance outcomes.

The purpose of webinar 1.0 is to:
- Introduce the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS), the reporting system you will use to provide information to ETA about your grant.
- Provide instruction on how to access WIPS.
- Provide policy performance guidance related to reporting participant outcomes, including:
- Defining participants
- Reporting training outcomes
- Explain collection and tracking of needed participant level data for the Quarterly Progress Report.
Who Should Attend: Key personnel who should attend this webinar include SCC4 grant program directors or managers, performance data staff and program coordinators responsible for collecting and reporting participant data. Please also feel free to invite relevant partners, including training providers and service providers, and other key personnel that support your grant program.
