These webcasts will provide an overview of what sustainability planning means for Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants, Round Four (SCC4) and Round Five (SCC5), and demonstrate the tools available to create a comprehensive sustainability plan.

The tools include:
- Sustainability Planning At-a-Glance: a one-page executive overview of the Sustainability Crosswalk Matrix, designed for sharing with senior college leadership, including actions leadership can take to support sustainability
- Sustainability Crosswalk Matrix: the primary planning tool, mapping 30 sustainability strategies and 138 action items across five sections and four grant phases
- Sustainability Planning Workbook: a project management tool to document, assign, and monitor sustainability strategies and actions throughout the period of performance
