SCC Grant-Funded Evaluation Final Reports
About
A key aim of the Strengthening Community Colleges (SCC) Training Grants program is to document the capacity built by SCC grantees and to share grant successes and lessons learned with all community colleges.
The Department of Labor (DOL) required SCC grantees to procure, after award, a third-party evaluator to conduct an implementation or developmental evaluation of their grant-funded project and to submit a final evaluation report and briefing slides that summarize key findings. The first round of SCC grants (SCC1) ended January 31, 2025. See the Materials section below to download the document with links to the final evaluation reports of SCC1 grantees.
We will update this page with links to the evaluation deliverables of SCC grantees in later rounds as those deliverables become available.
Another aspect of SCC evaluations is DOL’s national evaluation of SCC Round 4 grants. We will update this page with a link to the national evaluation deliverables as they become available.
